Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of projects, reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner, and ensuring that any content provided to Webfixer does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal or contract. Webfixer reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webfixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Webfixer in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
